Job Summary:

Maintenance Planner-Supervisor

We are seeking a skilled professional to lead the delivery of critical maintenance planning and execution at our site.

This role is essential in maintaining reliability across our utilities infrastructure and supporting production continuity.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing and managing preventative and reactive maintenance schedules using CMMS and SAP software.
  • Coordinating planned and unplanned maintenance across various utility systems, including wastewater, ammonia, cooling towers, compressors, boilers, and syrup room facilities.
  • Managing contractor work during shutdowns and high-risk activities, such as confined space and working at heights.
  • Providing comprehensive work packs, permits, and ensuring availability of parts and tools.
  • Leading and coaching a team of trades and specialists, ensuring compliance with quality standards.
  • Monitoring key performance indicators (KPIs), tracking budgets, and contributing to continuous improvement and root cause analysis investigations.

Requirements:

  • Experience in planning and supervising maintenance in a manufacturing environment.
  • Proven experience in utilities maintenance, including ammonia, boilers, wastewater, compressors, and syrup room operations.
  • Ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders, including internal teams and external contractors.
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in CMMS; SAP experience highly regarded.
  • A trade or engineering qualification, and high-risk permits highly valued.
