  • Monitor system performance and reduce toil
  • Plan capacity and scale
  • Automate reliability improvements
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Strong background in Software Engineering, DevOps, Operations, or Cloud Engineering
  • Good knowledge of technology landscape to guide teams
  • Tertiary qualification in IT or Computer Science
Preferred Qualifications
  • Strong Azure cloud background with Infrastructure as Code (IAC) skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Highly motivated self-driven individuals with a positive attitude
