Warehouse Quality Assurance Specialist

The Warehouse Checker role is a key position within our warehouse team, responsible for conducting in-depth specification testing to ensure products meet ALDI's high quality standards.
As a crucial member of the team, you will engage in comprehensive shelf-life testing and inspection of products to guarantee their quality. Your exceptional attention to detail and ability to make informed decisions will be vital in maintaining our quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct in-depth specification testing, including shelf-life testing, to ensure products comply with ALDI's high quality standards.
- Communicate effectively with Team Leaders regarding product quality, specifications, or any matters impacting decision-making.
- Engage and coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure seamless operations.
- Maintain knowledge up-to-date on the latest quality-related issues and implement relevant solutions.
Requirements:
- Experience in produce quality testing is beneficial but not essential, as we value potential alongside experience.
- A strong ability to identify and address problems promptly and efficiently.
- An excellent understanding of the importance of quality control and its impact on customer satisfaction.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, enabling effective collaboration with colleagues and stakeholders.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining a focus on quality and productivity.
