Quality Assurance Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Quality Assurance Specialist to join our team. This position provides day-to-day support across warehouse and operational functions, ensuring adherence to client-specific requirements, regulatory standards, and internal procedures.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Ensure all warehouse and operational activities comply with internal procedures, client requirements, and applicable regulatory standards.
  • Investigate, document, and resolve Non-Conformance Reports (NCRs), Corrective and Preventive Actions (CAPAs), and Change Controls in a timely manner.
  • Provide clear and professional communication with customers regarding Quality matters.
  • Oversight of quality processes, including SAS release, controlled destruction, and return to vendor sessions.
  • Ensure training records and labelling processes are compliant and current.
  • Track and trend Quality KPIs and metrics.
Requirements:

This role requires the ability to work independently and as part of a team, with excellent communication and problem-solving skills. The ideal candidate will have experience working in a fast-paced environment and be able to prioritize tasks effectively.
