We are seeking a highly skilled professional to fill the role of Executive Assistant, supporting the Deputy Secretary Policy. This position requires strong organisational and proactive skills, discretion, initiative, and exceptional relationship management abilities.
Key Responsibilities- Provide high-level executive support including diary management, travel coordination, email handling, and meeting preparation.
- Manage sensitive correspondence and maintain effective office systems.
- Support team meetings and contribute to group-wide initiatives.
- Assist with document preparation and technical support across MS Office tools.
- Foster strong internal and external relationships to ensure smooth operations.
The ideal candidate will be a trusted colleague, helping the Deputy Secretary and their leadership team stay informed and focused on key priorities.
Required Skills and Experience- A proven track record in providing executive level support within a complex organisation.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
