Secondary Maths Teacher Opportunity

We are seeking a Secondary Maths Teacher to join our team on a temporary part-time basis, commencing in the first term.

Catherine McAuley Westmead is an innovative learning community offering a comprehensive education for girls from Years 7 to 12. Our teachers are lifelong learners too and regularly undertake professional development to keep up to date with current best practice in education.

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Qualifications to teach Maths
  • An understanding of differentiated learning to cater for students' needs
  • A sound understanding of lesson plans, technology integration, teaching practices, and assessment delivery
  • A commitment to continuous professional growth and development
  • The ability to work creatively and collaboratively within diverse teams
  • Motivation to inspire students and foster a love of learning

In addition to your qualifications and skills, we expect you to be classified with the Catholic Schools Partnership & Development (CSPD) if you wish to work across the Diocese as a casual, temporary or full-time employee.
