Teaching Opportunity

We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Maths tutors who share our passion for teaching and learning.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver high-quality Maths tuition to students of various age groups and skill levels.
  • Utilize effective communication skills to engage and support students in their academic journey.

Requirements:

  • Strong understanding of Maths concepts with a minimum ATAR of 85 or Band 6 in the subject to be tutored.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Prior tutoring experience is desirable but not essential.

Availability:

  • Shifts available weeknights from 4:30 PM and weekends from 9 AM to 6 PM.
  • Tutors are expected to commit to regular shifts and communicate any changes in advance.

Terms and Conditions:

  • Tutors are expected to maintain confidentiality and adhere to data protection policies.
  • Any external commitments or businesses must be disclosed and approved prior to commencement of employment.

Remuneration Levels

  • Level 1A (Undergraduate, Under 20): $40.22 per hour
  • Level 1B (Undergraduate, 20 and Over): $43.49 per hour
  • Level 2 (Graduate Tutor): $55.25 per hour
  • Level 3 (Teacher/PhD): $65.00 per hour
  • Level 4 (HSC Marker): $75.00 per hour
  • Level 5 (Exceptional HSC Marker): $92.00 per hour
  • Level 6 (Math/English State Ranker): $100.00 per hour
