Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Site Engineer to join our team.

The successful candidate will be responsible for the delivery of challenging projects, including earthworks, demolition, excavation, retention, piling, foundations, ground improvement, soft and hard landscaping, site remediation, and rehabilitation.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Planning and scheduling of construction activities
  • Management of site project teams
  • Quality Assurance, Cost, and Time Management
  • Preparation of management reports
  • Resolving site issues in a timely manner

Required qualifications and skills:

  • Tertiary qualification in civil engineering or similar
  • 3–5+ years' experience on civil projects with bulk earthworks experience
  • Project management qualifications advantageous
  • Proven understanding of construction with a hands-on approach
  • Effective problem-solving abilities
  • Ability to resolve conflict and manage client expectations
