This position is part of Capital Region Community Services Ltd's Aged Care program, supporting older individuals who meet the criteria of the Commonwealth Home Support Program and Home Care Package programs.
The program is inclusive and aims to enable participants to be as independent as possible. The role involves providing assistance with domestic tasks, including cleaning, laundry, and meal preparation, as well as accompanying individuals on shopping and bill-paying errands.
Key Responsibilities- Provide domestic assistance, including cleaning, laundry, and meal preparation
- Accompany individuals on shopping and bill-paying errands
- Support individuals with daily living tasks, promoting independence and well-being
- Work collaboratively with the team to ensure high-quality service delivery
- Discounted early education and care program services and gym membership
- 15 days personal leave (pro rata) and 17.5% annual leave loading
