Job Title: Claims Officer
We are seeking an experienced professional to manage the processing and settlement of motor vehicle claims.
Responsibilities:
- Manage lodgements and repairs for motorcycle claims using various claims systems.
- Maintain positive relationships with insured clients, agents, and service providers through effective communication and customer service skills.
- Interpret policy coverage and assess claim applicability in accordance with company policies and procedures.
- Process and record incoming claims in a timely and accurate manner.
- Authorize payments and settle claims cost-effectively while minimizing financial risk.
- Identify suspicious or fraudulent claims and coordinate investigations to prevent potential losses.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in motor claims management.
- Excellent customer service, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Strong organization, time management, and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work effectively with technology and learn new systems quickly.
