The Deputy Head of Junior School – Wellbeing and Administration will support the Head of Junior School in the administration of the Junior School and pastoral care of its students. The role involves integrating the principles of Positive Psychology to realise the vision for student wellbeing and a holistic approach to student care.
This is a permanent, full-time position that will commence at the beginning of Term 1. The successful applicant will have experience in integrating Positive Psychology principles and skills to ensure the ongoing implementation and development of the Positive Education curriculum and wellbeing initiatives.
Requirements- Qualification in Education and registration with NESA;
- Postgraduate qualification in Wellbeing, Positive Education or similar field;
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills;
- Ability to work proactively and collaboratively within a team;
