Senior Process Engineer Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Process Engineer to play a critical role in ensuring the viability of our manufacturing processes.

  • The successful candidate will implement stable, scalable, and reliable solutions that meet project deliverables on time.
  • You will be responsible for developing and introducing automated manufacturing technologies that support supply chain and R&D projects with safe and scalable solutions.
  • The ideal candidate will ensure compliance with quality management systems (QMS) and international regulations.

  • The Senior Process Engineer will maintain strong relationships with internal teams and external partners.

About This Role:

  • Implement mechatronic or automated manufacturing processes.
  • Support global supply chain stakeholders to mitigate delivery risks.
  • Develop and maintain technical documentation including design specifications, schematics, testing protocols, and reports.
  • Execute machine validation activities (IQ, OQ, and PQ).
  • Lead root cause analysis and propose solutions for timely project delivery.
  • Provide guidance to junior engineers where required.
