We're looking for someone who is passionate about delivering intentional teaching in dynamic small group learning environments, where children's successes, skills, and challenges are monitored on an ongoing basis. Our ideal candidate will have a Certificate III and Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care or be working towards any childcare qualification with experience of at least one work placement. Excellent communication skills, flexibility to work on-call, and adaptability are also essential.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supporting permanent educators in various campus locations
  • Delivering intentional teaching in dynamic small group learning environments
  • Monitoring children's successes, skills, and challenges on an ongoing basis

Requirements:

  • Certificate III and Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care or working towards any childcare qualification with experience of at least one work placement
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Flexibility to work on-call and adaptability
