- Do you have a passion to work as a member of an experienced childcare team and provide a high-quality childcare service for up to 39 children daily from 0-5 years of age? With an emphasis on educational programs and to support and act in the Team Leader/s role?
- We are seeking a committed Early Childhood Educator (Diploma qualified) with effective communication skills who will advocate and implement an anti-bias approach in all interactions with families, children, staff and community visitors. The Early Childhood Educator will be an integral part of an open, supportive team environment to implement a challenging program for children and assures parents that the Centre is providing a high-quality service.

**Things you will do**:

- Prepare and implement age-appropriate experiences for children according to the educational program and observed/emerging interests
- Provide families with a high level of customer service and high-quality care.
- Plan, implement, document and evaluate reflective and educational programs for children, aged 0-5 years, to ensure individual interests, needs and strengths are met
- Ensure the safety of our children, providing them with a secure, caring and developmental environment
- Report all accidents, incidents and hazards to team leader/immediate supervisor in a timely manner.
- If you have excellent communication, documentation skills and have the ability to be a functional and supportive member of a team we would like to hear from you.
- Additional skills include the ability to create a warm, encouraging learning environment for all children and understanding of industry health and safety issues and the Education & Children’s Services Regulations.
