Clinical Intake Coordinator Role Overview
">This position involves providing high-quality customer service to individuals and their families requiring counselling and/or case management support.
">As a Clinical Intake Coordinator, you will work in a contact centre environment, triaging and coordinating intakes and referrals, scheduling appointments for one-on-one sessions or group counselling, escalating cases that are complex or high-risk, and liaising with other departments and organisations to form partnerships.
">About the Position:
">To be successful in this role, you must have current registration with the Australian Health Practitioners Registration Agency (AHPRA) or Australian Association of Social Workers (AASW), as well as Working with Children (WWC) and/or Vulnerable People Checks/Clearance (Blue Card) ideally. You should also possess experience in a similar clinical role.
