Residential Property Manager Job Description

Macro Recruitment is seeking an experienced Residential Property Manager to join our team in Perth's CBD. As a Residential Property Manager, you will be responsible for the overall management of residential properties, working independently and as part of our team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage residential properties, including portfolio management and building relationships with property owners and tenants.
  • Liaise with property owners, trades contractors, and tenants to ensure smooth property operations.
  • Conduct property inspections, prepare property condition reports, and manage leases.
  • Work collaboratively with our team to achieve business objectives and provide excellent customer service.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 2+ years of experience in Property Management.
  • Current Property Management Licence.
  • Commercial Property Management experience preferred but not essential.
  • Essential working knowledge of Property Tree and/or other related systems.
  • Excellent Communication, Interpersonal, and Organisational Skills.
  • Current and valid Australian Drivers Licence.
