Industry Talent is seeking a highly experienced Strata Manager to join our team in Western Australia. As a reputable industry leader, we are looking for a professional with a strong understanding of the Strata Titles Act and other relevant legislation to manage a portfolio of residential properties.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage a portfolio of residential properties, ensuring timely and effective communication with property owners, tenants, and contractors.
- Attend and conduct strata meetings, prepare agendas, and record minutes to ensure transparency and accountability.
- Coordinate repairs, maintenance, and services for the properties under management, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations.
- Maintain accurate records and financial reports for each property, providing valuable insights for informed decision-making.
- Utilize industry-leading software, such as Strata Master, to manage the portfolio effectively and efficiently.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years' experience as a Strata Manager, with a proven track record of success in managing residential properties.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
- A strong understanding of the Strata Titles Act and other relevant legislation, with the ability to apply this knowledge in a practical setting.
- Ability to manage time effectively, work under pressure, and meet deadlines, with a focus on delivering high-quality results.
- Experience using Strata Master software is highly desirable, but not essential.
