About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Customer Delivery Manager to join our team at Woolworths. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for leading the delivery of exceptional customer experiences across our online channels.

Key Responsibilities
  • Operational Leadership: Provide strategic leadership and guidance to the Staging and Dispatch teams to ensure seamless order fulfillment and delivery.
  • Customer Focus: Collaborate with the Customer Order Manager to ensure orders are picked on time, packed correctly, and congestion points are avoided during the pick.
  • Team Development: Identify and develop talent in the CFC to build a talent pipeline for our Woolworths Group.
  • Process Improvement: Work with the Customer Hub team and Online Logistics team to improve customer satisfaction, especially On time to Customer.
  • Communication: Engage with other CFC teams to share best practice and drive continuous improvement.

  • Leadership Experience: Proven experience in leading high-performing teams and driving business results.
  • Customer Focus: Strong understanding of customer needs and expectations, with a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders.
  • Problem-Solving: Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to identify and resolve complex issues.
  • Adaptability: Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
