The Administrative Officer will play a crucial role in the success of the Cancer Research Program (CRP) at Monash University. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to the program, including managing resources, coordinating finances, and preparing essential project documentation and updates.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and coordinate administrative tasks, including scheduling meetings, preparing agendas, and taking minutes
  • Provide financial support, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting
  • Prepare and maintain accurate and up-to-date records, reports, and documentation
  • Coordinate and support events, including conferences, meetings, and workshops
