Aps4 Planner

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated APS4 Planner to join our team in Richmond, Metro Victoria. As an APS4 Planner, you will play a critical role in supporting high-quality planning and evidence-based decision-making.

• Collecting information from clients and planning partners to support planning and decision-making.
• Applying policies, practice guidelines, and legislation to make informed funding decisions.
• Collaborating with clients and their representatives to identify current and future support needs.
• Coordinating with key stakeholders to deliver services to clients.

• A full-time position with a 7.5 hour day, Monday to Friday.
• Hybrid working arrangements may be available after initial training.
