• Collect and analyze information from clients and planning partners to support high-quality planning and evidence-based decision-making.
• Apply policies, practice guidelines, and legislation to make informed funding decisions that enhance participant plans and complement informal, community, and mainstream supports.
• Collaborate closely with clients and their representatives to identify current and future support needs, including informal, community, and mainstream support options, to achieve plan outcomes.
• Coordinate with key stakeholders to effectively deliver services to clients.
• Address and resolve issues and complaints related to plans.

• A full-time position with a 7.5-hour workday, Monday to Friday, with a 30-minute break.
• Hybrid working arrangements may be available after the initial training period.
• A competitive salary of $43.82 per hour, plus 11.5% superannuation.
