Job Opportunity

This role offers a unique chance to work with renowned partners on high-level advisory and transactional matters in planning and environment law.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Advisory and transactional work for government clients, local authorities, and state governments including drafting bespoke planning agreements
  • Drafting skills and expertise in environmental matters such as biodiversity, threatened species, pollution, and contamination
  • Public sector governance and administration including tendering and procurement of land
Requirements:
  • Experience as a Planning and Environment lawyer at the Associate or Senior Associate level
  • Strong drafting skills and expertise in bespoke planning agreements including public sector property issues such as Crown Land and Native Title matters
  • Ability to work across diverse matters including planning and development projects developer contributions and public sector acquisition of land
