Job Summary
Technology People Australia is seeking an experienced Incident & Problem Manager to join our team in a permanent capacity. As a key member of our IT service management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the Incident and Problem Management processes, managing major incidents, and developing strategies to prevent future disruptions and enhance service delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and execute Incident and Problem Management processes, including Major Incident Management.
- Lead Post Incident Reviews and prepare detailed reports to drive continuous improvement.
- Analyse incident and problem trends to identify risks and implement service improvement initiatives.
- Maintain and update policy and procedural documentation for Incident and Problem Management.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to enhance communication and ensure alignment during incidents.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in Incident and Problem Management, with a strong understanding of ITIL V4 principles.
- Proven experience in managing major incidents and problem resolution in a complex IT environment.
- Proficiency in using the ServiceNow platform for incident and problem management.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a focus on risk management and continuous service improvement.
