About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Civil Designer to join our team in Cairns, Australia. This is an excellent opportunity for a 12D designer with experience in civil projects for councils, transport main roads, or private development.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare conceptual and detailed designs using 12D for land subdivisions, road infrastructure, drainage, sewer & water systems, and associated infrastructure
  • Interpret civil design requirements from state government, local government authorities, and private sector clients
  • Collaborate with diverse teams nationally and interface with associated disciplines such as planning, survey, traffic, electrical, and landscaping
  • Deliver expert and quality service to clients by understanding their project needs
About You

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Demonstrated civil design/drafting experience within a consulting environment
  • Relevant qualifications, ideally a Diploma in Civil Engineering or equivalent experience
  • Demonstrated experience using 12D software
  • Familiarity with local authority and state government approval and regulatory requirements
  • A commitment to self-improvement and continuing professional development
What We Offer

We offer a competitive salary range of AU$80,000 - AU$110,000 per annum, depending on experience. Other benefits include:
