Job Overview

- This role oversees the installation of well completion products under various operating conditions as a one-person crew, ensuring technical knowledge is applied to solve unexpected situations.

- Collaborate with customers to promote good relationships at the well site, reviewing job designs to ensure proper equipment and processes are used to meet job purposes.

- Perform tasks in compliance with established procedures, maintaining assigned equipment and adhering to safety regulations and procedures.

- Interact with third parties impacting the process of installing completion products to ensure proper coordination, mentoring and assessing Service Operators and/or Service Specialists in areas of expertise.

- Conduct and document Halliburton HSE-related activities, including site assessments, risk analyses, onsite safety meetings, and PPE use.

- Complete well site and post-job paperwork, participating in post-job reviews with supervisors, recognizing possible sales opportunities for additional HES products and services and communicating them to relevant personnel.

- Assist in reviewing, validating, and updating local HMS processes, promoting safety awareness and environmental consciousness, adhering to applicable health, safety, and environmental procedures and regulations.
