Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled professional to fill the role of Field Specialist. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for installing equipment according to technical documentation and utilizing a variety of tools.

This position involves working closely with multi-disciplinary teams to design and execute best solutions. You will ensure that supplied equipment is compatible with well parameters and other equipment used during installation.

The ideal candidate will have strong mechanical and electronic aptitude, as well as excellent communication skills. They will also be able to work varied schedules and be available for 24-hour call outs as necessary.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Installing equipment according to technical documentation
  • Preparing, assembling, and testing completion/IPS equipment in workshop as required
  • Collaborating with multi-disciplinary teams to design and execute best solutions
  • Ensuring supplied equipment is compatible with well parameters and other equipment used during installation

Requirements:

  • Technical Diploma or Technical knowledge & solid experience in Oilfield Services
  • 3-5 years of field experience in completion tools and accessories e.g., Down-hole Gauges, Intelligent Well Systems, and Fiber Optics etc.
  • Good mechanical & electronic aptitude and desire to learn
  • Able to work varied work schedule and available for 24-hour call out as necessary
  • Competency kept up to date and willing to achieve new ones within allocated period of time
  • Effective computer skills with competence in basic Microsoft Office programs suite
