About You:

To be successful in this role, you will bring:

  • Relevant tertiary qualifications or equivalent experience
  • Clinical membership of a relevant professional body
  • Experience working with men and facilitating group programs
  • Demonstrated counselling and group work skills
  • Experience providing counselling in an agency setting
  • Demonstrated ability to work with diverse groups, including those experiencing domestic violence
  • Experience in trauma-informed practice
  • Understanding of inclusive, respectful practice
  • Commitment to social justice outcomes
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Working with Children Check (or willingness to obtain)
  • Police Check
  • Current Driver's License
