Physical Therapist - Outpatient

We are seeking a skilled physical therapist to provide high-quality services to patients in various settings. The ideal candidate will have the ability to evaluate patient conditions, develop treatment plans, and educate patients on self-care techniques.

  • Evaluate patients' medical histories and perform thorough physical examinations to determine their therapy needs.

Requirements:
  • Holds current state licensure as a physical therapist.
  • Has experience working with patients in various settings including clinics, hospitals, and rehabilitation centers.
  • Demonstrates strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with patients, families, and healthcare teams.
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team to achieve patient-centered outcomes.
  • Proficient in using electronic medical records and other software applications relevant to the role.
