Activity Coordinator Job Description\

Design and execute engaging activity programs that cater to the diverse needs and preferences of residents in a senior living community. Maintain accurate records of resident participation and feedback, and collaborate with care staff and families to tailor activities.

Key Responsibilities\

  • Monitor and report changes in residents' behavior or mood to ensure their safety and well-being.\
  • Work collaboratively with other team members to achieve shared goals and outcomes.
