About the Opportunity:

We are seeking a seasoned finance professional to lead our financial functions across two high-growth joint ventures. This is a pivotal role that requires strategic financial leadership, commercial acumen, and technical accounting expertise.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and oversee all finance functions across two joint ventures
  • Deliver accurate reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management
  • Ensure compliance with GAAP, tax, and audit requirements
  • Provide commercial insights to support pricing, margin improvement, and cost control
  • Drive customer profitability analysis and support contract management

About You:

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • 7+ years of experience in financial accounting or a related field
  • CA (or equivalent) certification preferred
  • Technical accounting background with a focus on commercial finance
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to build and grow a small finance function
