Finance Professional Lead

As a key leader in our organisation, the Finance Manager will play a crucial role in our financial structure.
Key Responsibilities- Lead a team of accounting professionals in system accounting, compliance + controls, and finance projects.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with senior stakeholders, including IT, sales, and finance leaders.
- Ensure ongoing compliance with financial laws and guidelines across the organisation.
- Design and implement improvements to financial processes and systems.
- Oversee statutory compliance obligations and coordinate internal and external audits for our divisions.
- Manage internal projects and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
The ideal candidate is a CA/CPA-qualified professional with a degree in Finance or Accounting. Experience in a multinational organisation, preferably in manufacturing or construction, is required. Knowledge of Microsoft Office and Pronto accounting software is advantageous.
