Job Title

We are looking for a Technical Leadership professional to join our team. As a key member of the Global OTT Technology group, you will be responsible for leading a cross-functional team of skilled engineers building software to manage infrastructure.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Managing delivery commitments of the team and being responsible for the roadmap and day-to-day work
  • Building a good understanding of the technologies being used and solutions being designed by the team, being able to accurately represent the team outwardly
  • Helping the team grow and improve, moving towards creating an engaging and welcoming environment for everyone
  • Identifying when projects will impact the team, ensuring that solutions and designs meet requirements and are delivered within constraints

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience working in an agile environment, experience as a Scrum Master or Engineering Manager is greatly preferred, line management experience of a technical team is greatly preferred, and experience working as part of a Software or Infrastructure delivery team as an Engineer, Technical Analyst, or Tester.
