About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Concession Store Manager to lead our team at the Brand Collective Footwear Myer store in Maroochydore. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving sales, achieving business goals, and delivering an exceptional customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the Concession team, sharing extensive product knowledge and creating authentic shopping experiences
  • Coach, connect with, and develop your team to achieve business goals and an exceptional customer experience
  • Have operational excellence front of mind when handling products, visual merchandising, and loss prevention management
  • Actively maintain a safe place to work with a focus on promoting wellbeing
  • Recruit, select, and train team members
  • Work towards achieving an exceptional customer experience by communicating product knowledge of apparel and accessories across the brand offering
  • Build strong relationships with the in-store Myer team to leverage sales driving, VM, and marketing opportunities

Requirements:

  • Concession or store retail leadership experience
  • Enthusiasm for creating unforgettable and authentic service experiences for customers
  • Familiarity with offering advice and recommendations that leave customers feeling relaxed, confident, and tailored to their needs
  • Experience with stock control and VM (comfortability in lifting up to 10kg unassisted)
  • Capabilities in training, coaching, and mentoring team members, alongside driving and exceeding KPIs
  • Excellent time management skills
  • Experience communicating with stakeholders at all levels
