Salary Information

The estimated annual salary for this role is approximately $80,000 - $120,000 AUD, based on industry standards and location. This figure may vary depending on individual circumstances and performance.

Job Description

We are seeking a seasoned Retail Leadership Opportunity - Footwear Concession Manager to lead our team at the new Brand Collective Footwear Myer Maroochydore store opening in February 2025. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, delivering exceptional customer experiences, and building strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the day-to-day operations of the store, including staff management, visual merchandising, and loss prevention management.
  • Develop and implement strategies to drive sales growth, improve customer satisfaction, and increase employee engagement.
  • Maintain a safe working environment, promoting wellbeing and adhering to company policies and procedures.
  • Recruit, select, and train team members to achieve business goals and exceptional customer experiences.
  • Build strong relationships with the in-store Myer team to leverage sales-driving opportunities, VM, and marketing initiatives.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will require:

  • Concession or store retail leadership experience, preferably in the fashion or footwear industry.
  • Enthusiasm for creating unforgettable service experiences for customers.
  • Familiarity with offering advice and recommendations that cater to customers' needs.
  • Experience with stock control, visual merchandising, and lifting up to 10kg unassisted.
  • Capabilities in training, coaching, and mentoring team members, driving and exceeding KPIs.
  • Excellent time management skills and ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
