The Opportunity

We have an exciting opportunity for a Site Administrator to join our team in Lance Creek. This role will facilitate a smooth operation of the Lance Creek Site daily by performing a variety of administration tasks while providing excellent customer service.

Your Responsibilities
  • Visitor and Contractor Reception and Inductions
  • Traffic Direction for Deliveries and Collections
  • Procurement Tasks such as Data Entry, Monitoring Payments, and Preparing Purchase Orders
  • Assisting the Site Leadership Team with Administrative Support
  • Maintaining all Office and Facility Supplies Inventory, Replenishing as Required
  • Directing Phone Calls as Required
  • Coordination of Mandatory Training as Directed
About You
  • Experience in a Customer Service or Administrative Role in a Related Industry
  • Intermediate Computer Skills in Data Entry and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Proficiency in IT Solutions and Office Software
  • Experience in Microsoft AX or Similar ERP Software is an Advantage
  • Excellent Time Management and Attention to Detail
  • Ability to Multi-Task and Prioritise
  • Strong Interpersonal, Communication, and Collaboration Skills
