Total Tools is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Retail Sales Assistant to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and driving sales growth.
Key Responsibilities- Lead Sales Transactions: Ensure accuracy and efficiency in sales transactions, providing expert advice and in-depth information on a wide range of products.
- Customer Service: Address and resolve complex customer queries, offering tailored solutions and building long-term relationships.
- Store Display Management: Oversee the processing and maintenance of customer orders, ensuring timely fulfillment and maintaining a professional store environment.
- Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with team members to achieve sales targets and provide support as needed.
- Experience: Extensive experience in retail and/or trade, with a proven track record of success.
- Team Player: Collaborative team player who can lead and inspire others.
- Product Knowledge: Deep understanding and passion for tools, with hands-on experience.
- Customer Focus: Committed to delivering exceptional customer service and fostering customer relationships.
- Technical Skills: Proficient with technology, with strong computer literacy skills.
- Availability: Flexible availability, including weekdays, weekends, and some public holidays.
