Key Responsibilities

The key performance metrics for this role include:

  • Providing functional advice to promote best practice outcomes in emergency department and operating room solutions.
  • Managing incidents, analysing and resolving problems, and identifying defects.
  • Utilising effective delegation and escalation to manage and resolve incidents within contracted service level timeframes.
  • Assisting the broader Clinical support team in all aspects of incident and problem management.
  • Developing strong working relationships with customers to foster collaboration and growth.
  • Creating processes that support client engagement, improvement and support.

Additional responsibilities include:

  • Implementing strategies to improve productivity and efficiency.
  • Providing regular feedback to the team regarding improved support opportunities, processes and standards.
  • Supporting clients through user acceptance testing as required.
  • Participating in out-of-hours support of incidents.
  • Working in accordance with the ITIL framework to implement and follow quality processes.
