This position offers an exciting opportunity to work closely with enterprise customers to deliver exceptional support and guidance as they build and deploy applications on the AWS platform. As an Enterprise Support Specialist, your key responsibilities will include defining a support strategy for each customer, delivering expert advice on AWS services, providing recommendations for service improvements, evaluating operational performance, and ensuring that customer issues are resolved efficiently.
To succeed in this role, you will need a strong understanding of technical domains such as Compute, Storage, Networking, CDN, Databases, DevOps, Big Data and Analytics, Security, Applications Development, and a solid background in software development practices and technologies. You should also have 5+ years of experience in similar roles such as Senior Technical Consultant, Solutions Architect, IT Manager/Engineer or other similar technical roles.
