As a HR Business Partner, you will be responsible for supporting regional managers and stakeholders across the region to drive People & Culture matters. You will also collaborate with the central business support team on ad hoc projects and work with the operations team to identify skills gaps.

The ideal candidate will have proven experience in an HR Advisory or Business Partnering role, with knowledge of employment law and legislation. They must be able to travel regularly as this is a field-based position.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coach and upskill regional managers on people-related matters, including performance management and grievances.
  • Provide guidance on change management initiatives within the business.
  • Collaborate on ad hoc projects with the central business support team.
  • Work with the operations team to identify skills gaps and recommend training programs.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in a similar HR Advisory or Business Partnering role.
  • Tertiary qualification in HR or a related discipline.
  • Excellent knowledge of employment law and legislation.
  • Ability to travel regularly as the role is field-based.
