About This Role

We're seeking a seasoned sales professional to lead our national account management team.

  • Develop and execute strategic plans to drive sales growth with Big 4 and national mid-tier Accounting Partners.
  • Craft and implement national training and implementation programs to enhance customer engagement.
  • Analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities, ensuring monthly targets are met.
  • Promote online strategy and alignment within each accounting practice to drive business outcomes.
  • Collaborate with large and multi-entity clients to migrate to Xero, providing support and guidance throughout the process.
  • Work closely with local Xero Senior Account Managers to develop and execute national rollout of training programs.
  • Provide education and resources to Partners on all available tools and services.
  • Maintain accurate records of client communications, including calls, emails, and meetings, in our CRM system (Salesforce).
  • Engage in regular call cycles with allocated Partners to discuss progress and address concerns.
About You

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • Proven sales performance in Financial Technology products and/or Accounting Software and Payments.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage long-term C-suite level relationships for groups with offices across the country.
  • Experience with SalesForce (or similar) CRM platforms.
  • Knowledge of the workings of an accounting practice.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to build strong relationships.
  • Attention to detail and follow-up skills.
  • A clear results-driven approach and passion for making a difference.
