Overview

We are seeking a Team Lead to oversee the thoroughbred trading operations and performance, working closely with the thoroughbred team to execute the trading strategy, ensure product merchandising, and coordinate feature event planning.

The Team Lead will be accountable for:

  • Ensuring adherence to the trading strategy
  • Analyzing team trading strategy performance and providing insight on individual trader performance metrics
  • Managing trading support tools and recommending required changes with support from tech teams
  • Providing daily performance updates and insight to management regarding cyclical growth and performance against goals
  • Coaching and feedback to direct reports on performance and career development opportunities

About You

We seek a candidate with:

  • A proven track record of positive people leadership with strong commercial acumen
  • Excellent organizational and planning skills
  • Ability to see issues through to resolution while dealing with multiple stakeholders
  • Understanding of trading strategies or an interest in the wagering industry

The Risk & Trading team adopts a flexible 5-day working week policy based on customer needs, ensuring a great work-life balance. However, during busy periods, weekend work may be required.
