About the Role
  • Provide high-quality, person-centered care to residents, responding to their individual needs and preferences.
  • Work flexibly across AM, PM and Nighttime shifts, including weekends, to meet the changing needs of our residents.
  • Participate in ongoing training and development programs to enhance your skills and knowledge in areas such as dementia care, palliative care and falls prevention.
Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with healthcare professionals to develop and implement personalized care plans for residents.
  • Assist with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing and grooming, promoting independence and dignity.
  • Provide emotional support and companionship to residents, engaging in conversations and activities that promote mental stimulation and well-being.
Requirements and Qualifications
  • Certificate III in Individual Support or equivalent qualification in a related field.
  • NDIS Worker Screening Clearance or willingness to obtain it.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with residents, families and colleagues.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing competing demands.
