Aged Care Nurse Professional

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Aged Care Nurse to join our team. Our aged care facility provides a supportive and secure environment for our residents, enabling them to experience a greater level of independence.
About the RoleAs an Aged Care Nurse, you will be responsible for providing high-quality clinical care and support services to our residents. This includes assessing their needs, developing individualized care plans, and collaborating with our healthcare team to achieve optimal resident outcomes.
Key Responsibilities- Assessing resident needs and developing individualized care plans
- Providing direct care to residents, including medication management and wound care
- Collaborating with the healthcare team to ensure seamless care delivery
- Maintaining accurate and up-to-date resident records
- Degree in Nursing or equivalent qualification
- Current registration with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA)
- Valid working rights in Australia
- Experience in aged care nursing
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
