Project Coordination Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled professional to join our team as a Project Coordinator, supporting the Project Manager in ensuring effective on-water operations of our fleet meet customer expectations.

The Operations function is responsible for all on water piloting, routing, maintenance, launching, and recovering of all assets.

About The Role

This contract will end on June 30th 2026, and a typical day could include:

Preparing and delivering weekly operational and maintenance reports for internal stakeholders.

Supporting planning, scheduling, and resource allocation across the maintenance team to ensure project deliverables are achieved.

Managing relationships with external stakeholders including RAN personnel, port authorities, and other local partners.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and support a technical workforce, including scheduling, task allocation, and performance monitoring.
  • Engage customers, authorities, and internal leadership through strong stakeholder management skills.
  • Ensure compliance with workplace health and safety policies and lead safety meetings.
  • Prepare operational reports, budgets, and performance summaries for internal and external stakeholders.
Requirements

Demonstrated experience in project coordination or project management within a maintenance, engineering, or defence environment.

Australian Citizenship is required for all roles, and the ability to obtain and maintain an NV1 security clearance and be ITAR compliant.
