About the Role

Mammas Kitchen is seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Cook to join our team in Darwin, NT. As a full-time member of our kitchen staff, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking a variety of delicious dishes for our customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare and cook a range of menu items to Mammas Kitchen's high standards
  • Ensure all dishes are presented beautifully and in a timely manner
  • Maintain a clean and organised kitchen environment
  • Assist with menu development and testing of new recipes
  • Comply with all food safety and hygiene regulations
  • Provide exceptional customer service to all patrons
Requirements
  • Relevant Certificate III or Certificate IV in Hospitality or a related field
  • Minimum of 1 year of industry experience
  • Proven qualifications or experience in the Hospitality & Tourism industry, specifically focusing on roles such as Chefs or Cooks
  • Strong cooking skills and a passion for creating delicious, high-quality meals
  • Excellent time management and multitasking abilities
  • Keen attention to detail and commitment to food safety
  • Positive, collaborative attitude and the ability to work effectively in a team
  • Willingness to learn and adapt to new challenges
