**Job Opportunity: Commercial Lawyer**

Rare opening for an experienced Commercial / IP / Trademarks Lawyer to join a growing tech company in Perth CBD. The firm has global operations with HQ based in Perth CBD.

The role focuses on providing expert legal advice to the business, including reviewing and drafting commercial agreements with a focus on Intellectual Property and Trademarks.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Providing effective legal advice to the business, reviewing and drafting commercial agreements with a focus on Intellectual Property and Trademarks.
  • Providing strategic and commercial legal advice at all stages of projects.
  • Reviewing marketing campaigns to ensure legal compliance and risk mitigation (promotional, terms and conditions, emerging issues and technologies).
  • Collaborating with the IP Manager to implement IP Strategy and raise awareness to staff within the business.

Requirements:

  • Between 5 and 10 years PAE gained in a Top Tier Law Firm, Specialist IP Firm, or relevant in-house experience.
  • Admitted to practice in Australia; sponsorship is not available.
  • Candidates with international experience or exposure to international matters are highly regarded.
