About the Role
  • Lead the development, implementation, and evaluation of an inclusive wellbeing framework for students from E–12.
  • Advocate for child safeguarding and ensure compliance with national and state legislation and standards.
  • Oversee practices that support neurodiverse learners, gifted students, and students with additional needs.
  • Develop and lead wellbeing initiatives for both students and staff, promoting resilience and positive relationships in a safe, inclusive environment.

Collaborate with sectional leaders to embed wellbeing practices within curriculum design and teaching methodologies.

Foster strong partnerships with parents and communities to support wellbeing initiatives.

Monitor wellbeing trends and use data analysis to inform continuous improvement and innovation.
