As an Account Manager, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of active clients, providing superior service, and growing and maximising business opportunities in their portfolios. You will lead, develop, manage, and provide superior service to our on-hire employees, generate and qualify leads for new business and growth opportunities, and engage, develop, and grow new clients.
This role involves building a pipeline of new potential clients and executing an end-to-end sales cycle, including new client onboarding process. You must also maintain ongoing client contact, keep them up to date on the progress of open job orders, and actively market available on-hire employees daily and weekly.
We require the successful applicant to have 4 years of recruitment agency experience or industry experience, as well as 2 years of sales/account management experience in recruitment or a related industry. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, a willingness to grow and learn, and the ability to build highly performing relationships at all levels.
