Customer Field Technician Traineeship

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our trainee program as a Customer Field Technician. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to develop their skills and knowledge in the field of telecommunications.

About the Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting customers with internet connectivity, working on a permanent full-time basis with leave entitlements, and participating in a 12-month traineeship program to gain certification in Telecommunications Technology. Throughout this period, you will receive expert guidance and support from experienced colleagues.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist customers with internet connectivity in the field.
  • Develop skills and knowledge as a Customer Field Technician through hands-on experience and training.
