Electrical Trainer Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Electrical Trainer to join our team at Add Staff Group. As an Electrical Trainer, you will be responsible for delivering and assessing training programs in the electrotechnology sector.

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to work with a well-regarded not-for-profit organisation that provides apprentice and trainee services to the Electrotechnology and Renewable energy sectors. You will be based in Pinkenba and will have the opportunity to work with a positive and supportive office team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver and assess training programs in the electrotechnology sector
  • Build strong relationships with the Electrotechnology community, including apprentices, employers, and external stakeholders
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of RTO programs, including the development of training materials and resources
Requirements
  • A trade qualification and industry currency in the relevant Electrotechnology sector
  • Current Certificate IV in Training and Assessment or higher
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and effective communication abilities
  • A good understanding of statutory regulations related to training in the electrotechnology industry
  • Proficiency in computer skills, including Microsoft Office
